Part of a major new housing development for Kensington Developments at Lytham Quays, Lytham on a brown-field site, previous occupied by a large commercial bakery.

We  worked closely with the developer's in-house team to develop a range of large luxury detached properties for a prestigious site overlooking the river Ribble estuary in Lytham.   



The client's original intention had been to develop the site with a number of highly individual modern houses, but this was rejected by the planning authority. As a result a more traditional approach was devised. Drawing on the template of the numerous Victorian villas with their coach houses in the town, each new villa is sited at the end of its own private drive, with smaller 'coach-house' properties to either side framing the view and creating a semi-private area with a sense of place.
