We have been responsible as architects for many Lakeland retail stores throughout the UK of which there are currently 60, ranging from new stores in both existing properties and new retail developments to the refitting of existing Lakeland stores. 



Most stores are in high street locations and can involve work to listed buildings in conservation areas of important historic towns and cities. Other stores have been in new high profile retail developments such as Westfield Stratford City adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Park. 



We work with Lakeland's in-house staff, their appointed retail design consultant, the property owner and their advisors / consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and local authorities etc. to ensure the project meets our client's requirements and has all necessary planning and building regulations approvals.



With retail projects time is of the essence. Our work from property appraisal to project completion is often extremely short and must finish on time to allow trading to commence as planned
