This new £7million Public Private Partnership project provides accommodation for two GP practices together with Primary Care Trust accommodation comprising four GP examination rooms, surgery suite and health eductaion facilities.

 

External materials were chosen to gove a light,modern and welcoming appearance.

The generous first floor circulation area is pierced with large openings to diffuse natural light from the large roof lights to the ground floor accommodation and provide a strong visual link uniting ground and first floors.

 

The building achieves BREEAM 'Excellent' Standard.
