A new £4.5million health project in Cleator Moor is intended to be one of a number of projects acting as catalysts for regeneration in West Cumbria.

 

Accommodations is provided for local GP practices together with Primary Care Trust community facilities including training facilities and a commercial pharmacy.

 

The reception is at the centre of the building which is fully glazed at both ends to provide high levels of natural daylighting.

Additional environmental features include photo-voltaic panels, air source heat pumps and rainwater harvesting

 

The building achieves BREEAM excellent.
