Redevelopment of a prime canal-side plot on a 'brown field' site on the edge of Stalybridge town centre provided the opportunity to provide twenty four new apartments with open views across the canal basin and surrounding area.

The curved form of the canal basin helped to give shape to the development which is built of stone and render together with large areas of glazing to maximise  views.
